Classic Incubators

The new LEEC Classic Range of incubators have fully sealed chambers manufactured from polished stainless steel with rounded corners for easy cleaning. Incubators have exceptional corrosion resistance.


HEATING
New profiled resistive wire heating elements and high performance insulation ensure optimum temperature control. All models have gentle fan assisted air circulation. This ensures even temperature distribution throughout the chamber. Fast temperature recovery keeps heat loss to a minimum after door opening.

TEMPERATURE CONTROL
The latest in microprocessor temperature controller technology gives this incubator range excellent temperature stability to within 0.1°C. Fuzzy Logic and Auto Tune features allow the controller to adapt to each chamber size, optimizing their performance and accuracy.

Cooled Incubators

These models are of a rugged design and are fitted with microprocessor controls.


CONSTRUCTION
All models are made from rust resistant steel finished in tough white stove enamel paint. Inner chambers are made from stainless steel and have adjustable shelves. The circulation fan gently forces air around the chamber via a full-width rear duct. Two access ports are provided so that cables can run into the chamber for shakers, stirrers or temperature monitoring probes. The low wattage heaters are bonded to the outer wall of the chamber and surrounded by polyurethane insulation to help achieve optimum temperature stability.

MICROPROCESSOR CONTROLLER
The temperature controller accurately controls both the heating and cooling functions. The unique LEEC cooling system controls refrigerant flow to the evaporator, thereby eliminating the possibility of unwanted overcooling. Heating is pulsed only as required. Pulsing is a very energy-efficient method of achieving stable temperature control and eliminates the need for auto defrosting except at the lowest of operating temperatures.

DIGITAL DUAL TEMPERATURE CYCLING
This extra cost option allows the chamber temperature to ramp up and down in temperature (cycle) automatically between two preset temperatures. The timer is available in 24 hour or 7 day variety.
